On Feb. 24, 2005, Beijing International Information Park held the 2004 commendation meeting and three departments and 12 individuals were awarded the title of Advanced Collectives and Advanced Individuals respectively.

Liu Qun, Executive Vice President of Beijing International Information Park, firstly summarized the work in 2004. He said 2004 is still a year of stable development for Beijing International Information Park under the environment of carrying out the park rectification nationwide. Under the great support of local government, the company put its creativeness and initiatives into full play, overcame all kinds of difficulties and is the only park with no downtime in the period of rectification, which ensures a smooth construction, entry and production of enterprises and realizes the tax income around RMB20 million. The park is named as "The Park with Fastest Construction Speed, Best In-park Enterprise Quality and Best Teamwork" by the local government.

In 2004, the park not only successfully passed the joint examination conducted by five ministries of the state, but also was formally named as "Beijing International Information Industry Base", and is registered with the municipal government after the approval of the district government. Therefore, the legal status of the park is strengthened and a solid foundation for business attraction construction in the park is laid.

Work of International Information Park Corporation in 2004 is also highly praised by each comprehensive department and leaders of the group. The company ranks first among all Industry Companies of the group in terms of comprehensive strength and obtains the title for Group Advanced Collective and material awards.

President Liu pointed out that the corporate achievements depend on joint efforts of all staffs, based on the comprehensive examination and after extensive discussions and reviews, many awards such as 2004 Advanced Collectives and Advanced Individuals etc. of the company are confirmed as follows:
