Managing deputy mayor of Fuzhou visits CIIC

---Both parties hold a talk on jointly constructing a disaster preparation center

On March 14, 2007, managing deputy mayor of Fuzhou Liang Jianyong and his party visited CIIC on invitations. Wang Tianyi and Liu Qun, president and deputy president of CIIC and Liu Longhua, board chairman of Beijing Urban Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. held a talk with deputy mayor Liang.

President Wang firstly introduced the phasic progress of the "going global" strategy of CIIC. He invited Fuzhou-based enterprises to invest in projects developed by CIIC in Pakistan, Romania and Poland. Deputy mayor Liang appreciated Wang's offer. As to CIIC's disaster preparation project, deputy mayor Liang said that Fuzhou can concentrate efforts to construct a commercial street and provide a piece of disaster preparation land for CIIC in the commercial center to boost the progress of the disaster preparation center.

Deputy mayor Liang introduced projects to be developed, including railway, cross-sea bridge, lightrial and new town in east Fuzhou to CIIC. In the talk, both parties discussed on such topics as the overall development and management of Fuzhou Airport Development Zone and the management of villa near Fuzhou Airport. Liang invited CIIC to develop in Fuzhou and Wang expressed his will to contribution to Fuzhou's construction.
