The 18 th internal seminar of Chinese Economists 50 Forum is held at the State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club on June 11, 2006. Liu He, member of Academic Committee of Forum and deputy director of Central Financial and Economic Leading Group of the CPC, preside over this internal seminar. The topic of this internal seminar is the “State-owned Asset Management System Reform”.

Fan Gang, member of Academic Committee of Forum and director of National Economic Research Institute, China Reform Foundation, Zhou Qiren, member of Academic Committee of Forum and person in charge of the Training Department of China Center for Economic Research at Peking University and Shao Ning, special guest of forum and deputy director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council gave the keynote speeches one after another.

The participant members of the forum at this seminar included Cao Yuanzheng , He Liping, Liang Youcai, Liu Shijin, Qiu Xiaohua, Shi Xiaomin, Tang Min, Wang Tongsan, Wu Xiaoling, Xie Ping, Xu Shanda and Yi Gang.
